We manage an ongoing quality assurance programme for training providers and Workplace Assessors.
We develop learning and assessment resources to assist employees to learn new skills and gain recognition for them.

We arrange and coordinate an array of training opportunities in response to companies’ needs.
We provide information and assist with sourcing funding for training solutions.

We maintain a database of trainees and their learning records.
We are a Modern Apprenticeship Coordinator so provide support and encouragement to all apprentices on an apprenticeship programme. We visit every apprentice at least once a quarter and agree and monitor progress on an individual learning plan.
