PaMPITO is currently advertising the following vacancy:

Team Leader - Training SolutionsTeam

 

• Team Leadership and business development position
• Pivotal role in developing skills for growth industries in New Zealand
• Work closely with company, provider and government stakeholders to increase skills in our sectors

  

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the Training Solutions Team to ensure our client companies get the best possible services from us.  Your enthusiastic, solutions-focused attitude will ensure you and your team expand trainee numbers in our industry sectors.  Your ability to inspire and mentor your team will be critical to your success.

With an understanding of the tertiary education sector, preferably with a training and sales background, you will be well versed in designing training solutions for companies then implementing those solutions. You will be influential at both senior management and employee levels to ensure training delivers returns for all.
