Trainers / Mentors network

In October we launched our Mentors’ Network in Christchurch and in Auckland.  The aim of the network is to get trainers and mentors (and anyone with a responsibility for training others) to network together, share their skills and knowledge and learn new ways to pass on their knowledge to others.

The Mentor’s Network helps to make sure companies make the most of the expertise that already exists in their workforce.  It’s a well known fact that trainees have better success when they have someone in their workplace to support and mentor them.

PaMPITO acknowledges the great work trainers and mentors do.  If you have a mentoring or training role in your company, you’re welcome to join the network to access a whole range of additional services and support form PaMPITO.
