Barbara Wilkinson - Chief Executive
Barbara has been the Chief Executive of PaMPITO since August 2007. Her prior work includes being the General Manager of Programmes for Workbase - the NZ Centre for Workplace Literacy, General Manager of an information travel centre and manager of a number of resorts across Europe. In 2006 Barbara completed her MBA. She is skilled in designing practical solutions for companies’ business and training needs and enjoys supporting employers to develop productive learning environments within their workplaces.
Vida Stanbury - Business Services Manager
Vida has been with PaMPITO since February 2008 and joined the team with an already well established background in the tertiary training environment, having worked in key positions with the Manukau Institute of Technology, the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, and Mangere Psychopaedic Hospital and Training School as well as a wide range of private enterprises. Highly analytical, Vida completed her B.A in Psychology in 1981 and has continued to train with the New Zealand Institute of Management. Vida’s role internally is to ensure the proper running and maintenance of the PaMPITO office, its staff and environs. With the skills she possesses she is also called upon for higher level analysis and strategy initiatives.
Kathryn Henderson -
Quality and Qualifications Manager
Kathryn joined PaMPITO in May 2010, having moved to Auckland after 8 years in Wellington. Kathryn is responsible for managing qualification and unit standard development and maintenance, resource development and maintenance, PaMPITO’s moderation system, the training and registration of workplace assessors and the Workplace Training Network. Kathryn has close to 10 years’ experience working in tertiary and industry training organisations.
Adrienne Donne -
Training Solutions Team Leader
Adrienne has been with PaMPITO since October 2010. She joined the team with a strong background in organisational development within various education sectors. She worked for Workbase: The New Zealand Centre for Workforce Literacy from March 2000 – December 2009. She was a member of the management team providing organisational support to Workbase internal and extrenal customers. Adrienne’s role at PaMPITO is to lead the Training Services team to provide training solutions for companies. She brings strengths in organisational development and relationship management to her role at PaMPITO. Adrienne has a strong customer service background and is committed to achieving results.

John McGregor - Training Services Manager
John joined PaMPITO in February 2011. His background as a toolmaker gives him a strong understanding of the technical skills required by our industry sectors. In fact John previously owned his own toolmaking business, which was a supplier to many plastics companies. More recently John has been an engineering assessor and manager of Group Apprenticeship schemes with Competenz and Skills4Work.

di Elliott-Birchall -Training Services Manager
di has been with PaMPITO since September 2004 fulfilling a variety of roles related to the administration, management of Apprentices and Trainees and the ITO moderator for 2005-2006. di has completed the National Certificate in Adult Teaching along with Moderation and Assessment Unit standards. Prior to joining PaMPITO she has worked in several educational institutions such as Academy Group NZ Ltd, Shiloh Education Trust, and James Cook High School. Amongst her list of skills and expertise, one-on-one management of apprentices, Understanding the requirements of quality training/qualifications and problem-solving are listed as her top three.

Steve Mills -Training Services Manager
Steve joined PaMPITO in October 2011. He has been involved in the plastics industry for over 25 years. Since starting his working life as a plastics engineering apprentice, he has developed a wealth of technical knowledge in injection moulding, material processing, production techniques and plastics machinery, working in both New Zealand and Australia.
With his enthusiasm for the skill development of our industry, he looks forward to providing excellent service to our customers.

Dennis Burbery - Assessment Advisor
Dennis Burbery has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, having held senior positions in research, employee development, quality management and occupational health and safety.Dennis considers the "How SAFE Are We" programme is fundamental to improving workplace safety standards through education. Dennis is looking forward to sharing his experience and knowledge.

Taku Wiki -
Training Services Liaison
Taku joined PaMPITO in September 2011. Prior to joining PaMPITO she worked for a private training provider in an administrative role for over 10 yrs – coordinating and supporting apprentices, trainees, trainers and apprentice coordinators. In her role as Training Services Liaison she provides assistance to the Training Services Team in managing enrolments, monitoring trainees and liaising with companies. She has completed National Certificates in First Line Management and Small Business Management; and is a workplace assessor for business administration. She appreciates how important it is to have skilled people in the workplace and the benefits it has to industry.
Lorraine Coslett -
Information & Training
Co-ordinator
Lorraine has worked with PaMPITO for 12 years fulfilling a variety of roles for the organisation. Lorraine is responsible for the management of all our trainee records and course enrolments and provides information on our programmes. Prior to working with PaMPITO, Lorraine also worked at the Education and Training Services Agency (ETSA) – the forerunner to the TEC and the Department of Labour, managing block courses and as Field Officer for a variety of industries and Office Supervisor. Lorraine has extensive knowledge of apprenticeships, traineeships, assessments, unit standards and national certificates and knowledge of our industry sectors are a particular area of expertise that Lorraine holds. |
