If you are and individual contact us and we will talk you through the process of enrolling in suitable training.

If you represent a company then we suggest meeting to propose and seek agreement on the best outcome based on individual and specific company needs. In most cases we start by sitting down with management and staff to discuss those activities which will have the most immediate and beneficial effect on productivity and staff performance.

From those initial discussions will normally come an outline of an in-house programme that may address processing or production shortcomings; but it could just as easily be one that improves literacy or numeracy, or even team building skills.

Whatever the programme, provided the training is tied to a training agreement with the PaMPITO, we undertake to take responsibility for all aspects of arranging the training, including obtaining the most cost effective method of delivery, and monitoring the training outcomes. If certain criteria are met we will even subsidise the cash cost of the training.
